Perfect 10 for Dreamscape in E-Leagues

CEBU, Philippines — Ralph Belarmino charted a triple-double as the Dreamscape Networks hammered the CTC-BPO Panthers, 87-56, to stay unbeaten in the EVO League of the Tanduay Athletics E-League for Basketball Season 14 last Sunday at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.

Belarmino unloaded 25 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists for Dreamscape, which stretched its perfect run to 10-0 to move a win away from tying the league record established by Supportsave (now Fusion BPO Services) in 2016.

Mark Ainge Tumulak and Jose Paolo Diputado ably backed up Belarmino with 21 points in between.

Al Jairro Magsanay nailed 20 markers, Rachiebald Gabutan scored 15 and Mark Louise Gellez had 12 points but to no avail as the Panthers dropped to 2-6.

In the other EVO League duel, Ryan Lauro dropped 23 points and Sylvester Millevo chipped in 15 points and 10 rebounds as the Author Solutions Philippines Inc. (ASPI) Hardbacks walloped the Cognizant Tech Solutions Gladiators, 84-53, for their third straight win and sixth overall in nine games.

In the Elite Classic,  Archie Brian Vincent Batua sparkled with 21 points, 11 rebounds, four assists and three steals as the Accenture Sharks devoured the Wipro Tigers, 77-62, to firm up their grip of the solo lead with an 11-1 record.

Ryan Miano and Sherwin Resilla tossed in 16 and 11 points, respectively, for the Sharks.

Randolf Espinosa and Brian Deodoro connived for 27 points for Wipro, which slipped to 2-5.

The Sykes Pioneers, on the other hand, pulled off a 99-91 win over the Fusion BPO Services Dragons to take the solo third place with an 8-3 mark.

Jan Michael Auditor topscored for the Pioneers with 21 points, while Sherwin Anghay and Earldred Cesar Mantilla notched 35 points in between them.

Nino Belande came through with 28 points, 10 assists, and nine rebounds, Janille Kristian Bantilan posted 20 markers, and Aldrin Fernandez added 19 but their efforts went in vain as the Dragons slumped to 3-8. (FREEMAN)
