Eagles golfest tees off Friday at Cebu Country Club
CEBU, Philippines - The GMR Megawide Eagles Golf Tournament 2014 tees off Friday at the par-72 Cebu Country Club.
This is a three-man team event using the strokeplay format, but there will also be individual awards for alumni of Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (formerly SHS-Boys and SHS-Jesuits). The scores of all members will count for the team total.
Entry fee is pegged at P7,500 per team. This is also open to non-alumni of Sacred Heart School.
Hole-in-one prizes are a Mazda 2, Suzuki Alto, Skygo motorcycle, and a Rolex Submariner watch. The organizers will be posting which prize or prizes can be won on a specific par-3 hole during the tournament.
The tournament is organized by the SHS-AdC Alumni association in cooperation with the SHS-B Batch 1985 Foundation. Proceeds of the event will go to various charitable projects of SHS-B Batch 1985 Foundation and the SHS-AAA. (PR from www.fullpointcebu.com)
