To remain open:
Hospitals, medical clinics, laboratories; pharmacies and drug stores; gasoline stations; cargo handlers, forwarders, shipping lines, truckers, container yards; and establishments rendering delivery services transporting food, medicine, and other basic necessities

• Entry of all persons from international flights banned but outbound passengers still allowed to leave Cebu
• Movement restricted effective March 30 until further notice
• No restriction on movement of all cargo
• PNP, AFP, and other security forces to implement order
