Where Future Kitchen Masters Train

CEBU, Philippines – If you think that the distinct flavors of fine dining can only be experienced in high-class dining venues, take the time to drop by Illumine Restaurant at F. Ramos Street.

Unassuming yet inviting, this resto serves as the training venue for the students of the Magsaysay Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts. All staff members work to hone and fine-tune the students' skills in order for them to be on the level with international standards.

Serving an international-themed selection of appetizers, main-course specials and desserts, the resto's menu covers Filipinio, Indian, Thai and European cuisine - alternating on regular intervals to fit with the study modules the chefs-in-the-making are learning.

Operational since mid-2014, those who've grown quite familiar with the tangs and flavors of haute dining can find something new in Illumine Restaurant - where the skills of masters-to-be are tested and their creations sample - often to the delight of patrons who find it already masterful.
