CCCI staff experienced a two-day Team Building and Work Attitude & Values Enhancement (WAVE) Seminar conducted by AXL Trainings last August 16-17 at Nature’s Best Farm, Brgy. Sirao, Cebu City.
The Team Building and WAVE seminar aimed to hone skills, improve working relationship and job performance to the participants.
During the two-day event, the participants engaged in a highly interactive and customized program. The program made use of group activities and simulation games that reflect the real-world workplace and enable the participants to apply their leadership skills, concepts, and insights to their jobs.
Indeed, these activities were useful in helping participants to explore and practice new concepts and skills in a safe, non-threatening context.
