Manny Pacquiao ended up injuring his left eye in his defense of the WBA welterweight title against Adrien Broner.

Adrien Broner’s clean face, however, isn’t a reflection of what transpired at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, wherein he got routed by Manny Pacquiao.

Manny Pacquiao simply was the busier fighter Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena here, as evidenced by the punch statistics.

Now that he dealt with Adrien Broner, Manny Pacquiao again has his eyes on the bigger prize.

“I beat him. Everybody out there knows I beat him. I controlled the fight, he was missing. I hit him clean more times. I beat him,” the 29-year-old fighter said in the ring shortly after losing to Pacquiao via unanimous decision in their well-attended fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena here.
