MANILA, Philippines — With the season drawing to an end, the UAAP awarded the top volleybelles in the league before Game Two of the women's volleyball final series between Ateneo and UST Wednesday.

The UAAP Board of Directors gave out awards following the FIVB format for the first time.

UST's one-two punch of Sisi Rondina and Eya Laure led the pack, winning the MVP and the Rookie of the Year plums, respectively.

The pair also took home the First and Second Best Outside Hitter award.

Meanwhile, Ateneo's Kat Tolentino finished with the Best Opposite Spiker award.

NU's Roselyn Doria received the First Best Middle Blocker title while Tolentino's teammate Maddie Madayag bagged the Second Best Middle Blocker award.

Lady Bulldog Princess Robles was named the league's Best Server.

UE Lady Warriors Lai Bendong and Kath Arado also bagged awards in their final playing year in the UAAP, with Bendong and Arado winning the Best Setter and the Best Libero award, respectively.
