Standhardinger, Ravena go 1-2 in 2017 PBA Draft

MANILA, Philippines — Here come the young ones.

San Miguel Beer wound up picking the Filipino-German Gilas big man Christian Standhardinger, while home-grown prospect Kiefer Ravena is now official a pro with NLEX.

No surprise early into the 2017 PBA Draft at Robinson’s Place in Manila.

But that changed when Jason Perkins was picked ahead of his De La Salle University teammate and former two-time UAAP Finals MVP Jeron Teng.
