Lyceum crushes EAC 12-0 in NCAA men’s football

MANILA, Philippines – Lyceum of the Philippines University smashed Emilio Aguinaldo College, 12-0, on Tuesday to breathe life to its semifinal hopes in the 91st NCAA football tournament at the Rizal Memorial pitch.

Suba opened the scoring early on the 15th minute and then scored another goal 11 minutes later that sandwiched a rocket by Noli Dollentes on the 11th.

Beejay Gonzales struck two goals in a hurry late in the first half that gave the Pirates a 5-0 lead at halftime.

And then Suba came in fiercer in the second half when he unloaded four more goals to complete the one-sided affair.
