Checkup listup ongoing
MANILA, Philippines - Registration for the second batch of the fifth series of the Milo Checkmate weekend chess clinics is ongoing with deadline set on Saturday at four venues in Metro Manila.
Hosting the event with their time slots are San Sebastian College-Recoletos Manila (8 a.m.-11 a.m. Grade school dept); Starmall Edsa Shaw-2F event area, Mandaluyong (10:15 a.m.-1:30 p.m.); Sacred Heart Academy Novaliches in Quirino Highway, Quezon City (8 a.m.-11 a.m.); and in Sucat, Paranaque (1:30 p.m.– 4:30 p.m.).
The clinic is open to kids 7-16 years. old, the clinic consists of seven consecutive Saturday’s sessions. Among the courses offered are for beginners, intermediate and advance.
Sunday classes will also be offered at MCC Training Center, Las Piñas starting Sept. 27 from 1:30 p.m.– 4:30 p.m.
