In This Corner

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine junior flyweight championship is  at stake in tonight’s episode of the weekly Rod Nazario’s In This Corner over PTV-4.

The 7-8 p.m. boxing show on primetime features Benezer Alolod and Jerson Mancio in the 12-round title  bout presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office and Petron.

The championship match was held at the Hyatt Hotel two weeks ago.

In the preliminary bout, Joe Misako battles Joel Lagusan in a super-flyweight match set over six rounds.
