Big Dome airs Pacquiao bout on hi-tech Big Cube

MANILA, Philippines - Araneta Coliseum treats its legions of fans to another ringside view of the May 8 Manny Pacquiao-Shane Mosley fight in HD clarity as it sets up its giant-sized Big Cube or the giant LED screen at the center of the Big Dome.

Synonymous for grand spectacles of both local and international stars and events, PBA battles, collegiate wars, and more for the past 50 years, the Big Dome’s giant screen gives fans something new for their viewing pleasure.

Because of its 16X17-meter or 60x70-foot size, viewers of the fight will feel the fight’s intensity magnified like a front row MGM Grand experience no matter how far their seats are.

The Big Cube at the Big Dome is actually the world’s biggest four-screen high definition LED Cube screen center hung from an indoor arena. It is even bigger than that which hangs on the Dallas Cowboys football stadium which uses only a 20mm pitch. The Big Cube is several times clearer at a 10mm pitch.

Watching the Pacquiao-Mosley fight at the Big Dome will also be a most enjoyable experience if the whole family tags along. May 8 is also Mother’s Day and there will be a host of activities and freebies at the nearby Gateway Mall, Ali Mall and the Farmers Plaza for those who purchase a minimum of P500 worth of tickets to the Big Dome or Gateway Cineplex to watch the fight.
