MANILA, Philippines – Thousands of local and foreign bets are taking part in the cleanest, greenest and safest foot race in the country the Subic International Marathon which gets under way at the Remy Field in Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.
Runners from Russia, the US and neighboring countries from Asia will bring world-class competition against the local bets in the 42-K, 21-K, 10-K, 5-K and 3-K events.
Race director Eric Imperio of Extribe, Inc., said that with more participants still registering at the last minute, it could break last year’s record.
