"These people are 'rotten to the core' and do not deserve to be associated with the rest of the 220,000 PNP members who are serving honorably and with dignity," ayon kay PNP chief Police Gen. Debold Sinas sa isang statement.

"I will do everything within my authority under existing PNP regulations to ensure the successful prosecution of these people."

"The arrested suspect Jerico Dabu was an identified member of Australian European and American-Chinese Canadian National and Filipinos engaged in maintaining illegal drug laboratory producing Three (3) to Four (4) kilos per day partially distributed to Region 3 and Metro Manila," ayon sa isang police report.

"The group is categorized as OCG considering that they have unlimited financial resources and contact persons as protector. The raw materials are reportedly imported from other countries which were inserted in the legal shipments to mislead the authorities."
