MANILA, Philippines — Plano ng International Olympic Committee (IOC) na pabakunahan ang lahat ng mga atleta upang masiguro ang matagumpay na pagdaraos ng Tokyo Olympics sa Hulyo.
Ayon sa ulat, nakikipag-ugnayan na ang IOC sa World Health Organization (WHO) para makasiguro ng vaccine para sa mga atleta gayundin ang magiging proseso sa administrasyon nito.
“All the prospects are good, we are working hard, and for these Games, the first priority will be to make them safe and secure for all participants,” ani IOC president Thomas Bach.
Nakipagpulong si Bach sa lahat ng miyembro ng IOC gayundin sa mga organizers ng Tokyo Olympics para talakayin ang usapin sa quadrennial meet.
At masaya nitong ibinalita na handa ang lahat na magpartisipa at sumuporta para matuloy ang Tokyo Olympics.
“I had the opportunity today to speak with all the 206 National Olympic Committees of the world and they are all fully committed and looking forward to the Games. We are enjoying the full support of the Japanese government,” ani Bach.
Kaya naman tuluy-tuloy lang ang paghahanda para matiyak na maayos ang lahat.
