104th PSL National Series pakakawalan ngayon

MANILA, Philippines - Magtatagisan ang mahigit 400 tankers sa 104th Philippine Swimming League (PSL) National Series na magsisimula ngayong umaga sa Rizal Memorial Swimming Pool sa Malate, Manila.

Ang torneo ay magsisilbing qualifying tournament para sa mga nagnanais maging bahagi ng PSL delegation na sasabak sa mga international tournaments sa Australia, Japan, Hong Kong Thailand, Singapore at United Arab Emirates.

“We will continue to develop these young kids, hone their skills and at the same time teach them the right attitude of a true champion. In PSL, we are not just focusing on technical aspects. We are also giving importance on the character side,” wika ni PSL President Susan Papa.

Nakalaan ang medalya para sa mga mangungunang tankers sa bawat event habang gagawaran ng tropeo ang mga Most Outstanding Swimmer awardees sa 6-under, 7, 8, 9, 10 11, 12, 13, 14, 15-over sa boys at girls.

“Everyone is welcome to participate. No membership requirement. We are happy that a lot of swimmers from PSL are making use of our grassroots developmental program. Part of our program is to promote their achievements and become popular by recognizing their talents and it works. That is actually we want to achieve and PSL achieving them.” wika pa ni Papa.

Galing ang PSL sa matagumpay na kampanya sa Tokyo Swimming Championship sa Japan gayundin sa Singapore Invitational Swimming Meet, Hong Kong Stingray Swimming Championship at sa Indian Ocean All-Star Challenge sa Perth, Australia. (CCo)
