BBL sesertipikahang urgent ni Duterte
MANILA, Philippines — Siniguro ng Malacañang kahapon na sesertipikahan ni Pangulong Duterte na urgent anumang araw ang panukalang Bangsamoro Basic Law.
“The President promised to certify it. I cannot absolutely guarantee that the version of the House would be certified because I haven’t seen the text. But if it is in conformity with what was agreed upon, then there should be no problem. The President should certify it,” paniniguro ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque.
Ang Senado at Kamara ay puwede lamang magbotohan sa third at final reading ng anumang panukalang batas na pumasa na sa ikalawang pagpasa matapos mabigyan ng kopya ang mga mambabatas ng kopya nito at least 3 days bago ang final voting.
“This rule can be dispensed with, however, for bills certified as urgent by the President,” paliwanag ni Roque.
Magugunita na nangako ang Congressional leaders na ipapasa nila ang BBL hanggang Mayo 30 bago magtapos ang 2nd regular session ng 17th Congress.
