Sunshine matindi ang pinagdaraanan, dinamayan ng mga kaibigan
May matindi palang pinagdaraanan ngayon si Sunshine Dizon sa kanyang mental health. In-open up ito ng aktres sa kanyang Instagram page kahapon.
Unang post ni Shine ay larawan na nasa hospital siya. May photo rin ng thermometer showing she had 38.9°C fever.
Aniya sa caption, sana raw ay hindi na naman ito COVID-19. Naging sentimental din siya at inaming marami siyang naging regrets sa buhay.
“Unfortunately this me. Hoping its not covid again.
“Realizations, some people will love you enough to move mountains just to be with you, and some will have lame excuses because you are not and will never be their priority.
“Im turning 40 next year i have so many regrets but, i don’t know how to go back to where i used to be, this not about work this about life altering decisions,” pahayag ni Shine.
“Laying in a hospital bed alone at 3am, i ask my self was it all really worth it?,” patuloy pa ng aktres.
“Im may never now the answers but i pray to god that i can let go of all my baggages, hurt and guilt. Finally find someone who will sleep beside me in this small hospital bed till i fall asleep,” aniya pa.
Sa next post niya ay ipinagtapat na niya kung ano ang kanyang pinagdadaanan. Aniya ay na-diagnose siya ng PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) at iba pang mental health issues kabilang na ang abandonment issues.
“And since im here alone feeling overwhelmed guess its time to admit what I’ve been going through recently.
“Diagnosed with PTSD, Depression, Panic attacks, Abandonement issues and thats just skimming the surface,” pahayag ni Sunshine.
Ibinahagi rin niya ang mga gamot na kanyang tine-take para sa kanyang karamdaman.
“Im on xanor, jovia, revotril for emergencies and stilnox,” aniya.
“You may ask why now? Only because i want to free myself from the stigma,” patuloy niya.
Sa kabila ng lahat ay pinipilit pa ring magpakapositibo ng aktres at alam daw niyang makakayanan niya ito.
“There’s nothing wrong to ask for help. I know it’s very hard to get stuck in your head. But we can do it, baby steps. One day at a time,” lahad ni Shine.
Dumagsa naman sa comments section ang pagdamay ng mga kasamahan niya sa industriya, gayundin ng kanyang supporters.
“Oh no, Ate Shine… I’m so sorry to hear this… YOU ARE NOT ALONE,” ang words of support ni Carla Abellana.
“Hi Marey! Praying for you and believing for your healing. @m_sunshinedizon Andito lang ako. Stay strong,” komento ni Danica Sotto.

Barbie, sagad sa kilig ang pa-birthday kay Jak
Ang sweet ng birthday message ni Barbie Forteza para sa boyfriend na si Jak Roberto na nagdiwang ng kaarawan nitong Dec. 2.
Ipinost ni Barbie ang simpleng birthday celebration ni Jak na ginanap sa isang Japanese restaurant with his family and intimate friends.
Sa caption, ani Barbie, “Bat ganun? Birthday mo pero mas masaya ako? Hahahaha! Ang saya ko sa Japanese food e Happy 29th birthday, @jakroberto”
