Elaine
YSTAR - Baby E (Pang-masa) - November 9, 2019 - 12:00am

Si Elaine Yiu, ang Hong Kong based actress, na gumanap bilang daughter ni Aga Muhlach in the currently ipinalalabas na movie Nuuk, is turning 39 on November.

But, in fairness, she didn’t look her age sa movie.
A professional in real life, she is both a journalist and vlogger in Hong Kong.

But her father being based sa Pilipinas is not the only reason kung bakit madalas ding naririto sa atin si Elaine.

Of Ogie, his first movie as a producer, Two Love You, starring Yen Santos, Lassy Marquez and introducing Hashtag mainstay, Kid Yambao, will be shown November 13.

Restored classics mapapanood din sa Cinema One

Bukod sa walong pelikula na maglalaban-laban sa Cinema One Originals which is now on its 15th year and headed by Ronald Arguelles, mapapanood din dito ang Restored Classics tulad ng Fernando Poe Jr’s Aguila, directed by Eddie Romero; Nora Aunor’s Bulaklak sa City Jail na idinirek ni Mario O’Hara; Direk Abbie dela Cruz’s Misteryo ng Tuwa, Direk Peque Gallaga and the late Direk Ishmael Bernal’s experimental post modern comedies, Bad Bananas sa Puting Tabing and Tisoy, respectively, plus two of Carlitos Siguion-Reyna’s film buoyant melodramas, Hihintayin Kita Sa Langit and Saan Ka Man Naroroon.

Ang walong pelikula na maglalaban-laban ay ang Metamorphosis, Utopia, Tia Madre, Yours Truly, Shirley, Lucid, O, Sila Sila at Tayo Muna Habang Hindi Pa Tayo.

The Filmfest will start Sunday, November 10 and ends November 17.

It will run in the following theaters: Trinoma, Glorietta, Ayala Manila Bay Mall, Gateway at Powerplant Makati.

Albert magiging abala sa pagpapatayo ng hotel

Baka raw makiusap si Albert Martinez sa mga kasamahan sa kanyang current top series na Kadenang Ginto na mag-advance taping sila as he wants to spend Christmas and the New Year abroad, yes to be able to play ‘yaya’ to his new nine-month old first and only apo pa lamang sa kanyang eldest daughter, Alyanna, na married sa photographer na si Roy Macam.

Kababalik lamang ni Albert mula sa Canada para um-attend sa kasal naman ng kanyang youngest daughter na si Alyssa, now the wife of Paulus Reyes.

Paulus family is based in Canada.

Four years na siyang widower (wife Liezl died in 2015) at walang balak na muling mag-asawa hanggang ngayon.

No doubt that he is still good-looking at 59.

Next year, aside from a movie na posibleng gawin niya, Albert will be kept busy attending to the construction of a hotel, which of course he will own, in Tanay, Rizal.

He might reportedly named the hotel Treasure Hotel, as it will be located exactly on top of Rizal’s Treasure Mountain.

Well, good luck, Albert.
