Louise nanggulat sa audition

SO...CHISMIS ITOH!? - Ruel Mendoza - Pang-masa

“The project was in full force. During December 2012, we were already in pre-production and by March we were already shooting. Our LA-based producers, Filipino-Americans Ken Au and Ferida Au, wanted to make a Filipino love story filled with Filipino touches and culture,” say pa ni Direk Gino.

“It shows us how we relate and treat them both the good and the bad.

“There are a lot of cultural jokes like how Filipinos are. Also, this film is appropriate for all ages, although we do talk about sex in some particular scenes,” dagdag pa niya.

“Louise is such a fresh of breath air, and she is such a wonderful dramatic actress.

“I was surprised at first because when she auditioned we found out that she’s actually really funny. She is the type of actress that when you see her on the screen you can’t help but fall in love with whoever she is playing.

“We saw a lot of theater actors, models, and actors for the role of the American tourist. The role was very particular with being Caucasian.

“When Alexis came on the set, he charmed all of us with his acting. Last year, he did a Singapore film but this will be his first Filipino film. I really hope he gets noticed in this one,” sabi pa ng director.

“Direk Aloy and I had lots and lots of pre-production meetings, we would story board all our scenes together along with our cinematographer, Carlo Mendoza.

“Even though I also placed some of my touches into the editing and the overall look, it was fun working with a co-director because we learned from each other. I definitely learned a lot from him, after all he has been in the business for a long time now,” pahayag pa ng direktor.

“Fast and Furious 7 will be released … April 10th 2015! P.s. He’d want you to know first …”
