WoW Philippines tram in Shanghai

MANILA, Philippines - In its continuing effort to attract the millions of Chinese locals who walk the Nanjing Road Walk Street daily, the Department of Tourism has launched a pedestrian coach in the area to help promote the Philippines as an exciting destination. Shown onboard the WoW Philippines mini train in Shanghai are (from left) Tourism Attache Gerry Panga, Tourism Secretary Ace Durano and Undersecretary for Tourism Planning and Promotions Eduardo Jarque, Jr. Colorfully painted with Philippine destination images, the Nanjing Pedestrian Coach brings millions of tourists for a sightseeing ride along the bustling area of the kilometer-long Nanjing Road Walk Street, the most famous promenade for shopping, dining and entertainment in Shanghai.
