MANILA, Philippines - The UP Women Lawyers’ Circle Inc. (WILOCI) will hold a conference titled “Women in Law: Leaders of the New Millennium†today until tomorrow (Oct. 18) at the Manila Hotel. This leadership conference is for the benefit of the WILOCI Legal Aid program.
The UP WILOCI, founded in 1946, emerged from the ashes of World War II — a unique sisterhood of talented and dedicated professionals eager to participate in rebuilding and restoring a ravaged country.
