Serving as a double celebration of Mellie’s birthday and the 2008 Ablaza Christmas party, the exciting event saw The NBC Tent shimmering in a fairy-tale mood as though you were truly walking in a winter fairy-tale wonderland, meticulously designed by son Jun-jun who creates awesome ambiance during the Ablaza events.
Highlights of the festive occasion included a ballet performance by the Philippine Ballet Theater and Bach numbers from Xavi and Santi Ablaza. The ever gracious and ageless Mellie and her dashing husband Louie were wrapped in the mirth of the holiday mood as they were surrounded by those who share with them the true Christmas spirit of love.
