Thoughts to guide us by (For June 2011)

As each day ends, we must close the gate of the day behind us.

Leave behind the tasks undone, the mistakes committed, the emotions spent,

Learn the lessons each day brings from yesterday,

For like the weather, our days are not the same;

Some days are sunny, other days are rainy,

Some days are warm, other days are cold,

Some days typhoons and storms hit us hard to the ground!

Times when we feel life is simply TOO BIG!!!

Challenges too great, obstacles too hard.

Our sailboat too small, our sea of life so vast and tricky at times.

In our smallness, however, we can always embrace God’s                              infinite greatness and goodness.

With His undying love and care He will bear and carry for us every burden we face.

Seek God’s wisdom. Whisper a fervent prayer and in His times it shall be granted.

Prayer gives us a clear perspective of life’s complexities

A great tool to help us manage in times of inability and disability . . . to cope on our own.

The overwhelming challenges the sea of life brings we need not face and burden ourselves with . . . alone.

He will always carry us on

His shoulders, and always a little ray of light comes unexpectedly from somewhere . . . from Him!!!

Peace and abundance to us all!
