MANILA, Philippines - Teleperformance, the world’s leading provider of outsourced customer experience management services, recently renewed its partnership with Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Manila (PUP Manila) to help drive employment growth in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.
A memorandum of agreement (MOA) was signed by the respective officials of Teleperformance and PUP Manila, which aimed to unify their efforts in the promotion of career opportunities in the BPO sector and the expansion of the students’ knowledge in the advancements in information and communications technology.
With the renewed MOA, Teleperformance will continue extending support to PUP Manila in its school events, career seminars, training programs, student tours at Teleperformance sites, and job fairs, and accept PUP Manila students who want to take internships or part-time jobs in the company.
