Baron, muntik maisahan ng fan

Tinarget ng fan na scammer si Baron Geisler.

Aniya sa isang Instagram story, nadiskubre raw niya ito matapos niyang sagutin ang isang video call.

“This morning, something really weird happened. A girl who I thought was a fan messaged me saying I should call her because it was urgent, so I answered,” sabi ng actor na nanatiling walang sagot sa intrigang may problema sila ng kanyang misis.

Dagdag niya: “The moment the call started, she was doing something inappropriate on camera. I immediately realized this was some kind of scam, and apparently l’m not the only one who got targeted this has been an ongoing scam,” saad pa niya.

Kaya naman pinag-iingat niya ang mga kapwa niya artista mula sa mga nagpapanggap na fans.

“Please be careful with random calls/ messages, especially from people claiming to be fans.”
