The bully “apologizes”

A WHOLE LOT OF BULL? The boy whose bullying of others went viral online has issued an apology along with his mother, saying he took martial arts to defend himself from bullies because of his small stature. However, netizens are not buying it.

"He studied martial arts so that he can defend himself from bullies, but he did not use it for defense. He became the bully,” one of them said.

Other said it was not an apology per se, but a plea to tolerate the child’s bad behavior.
