Can palm readers help catch thieves?

PALM READER. A very young woman who can read palms sometimes get a glimpse of someone's palm just about anywhere and can straight away tell what kind of person he or she is.

THIEF. Once she was on a jeepney she got a glimpse of a passenger's palm. Suddenly she got worried since the lines on the man's palm told her he was a thief.

SUSPECT. She said the man staring at the other passengers' stuff reinforced her suspicions. She got off when she got the chance.
