Is this OK to Comelec?

THE EAR - The Freeman

MINERAL WATER. One candidate for a local post is taking advantage of the hot summer days to promote his poll bid. The boxes of bottled mineral water he gives away to PUJ drivers do not bear his name. Every bottle only carries the message: “Prevent heat stroke. Drink more water.” Someone reported this to the Ear informer, asking: “Is this legal?”

NO NAME, BUT... The bottle containing the mineral water does not have the name of the candidate but the supporter assigned to give the water to the drivers tell the recipient: “Gikan ni sa atong amigo (name named).”

“PAABTIKAY.” An observer, a lawyer, is amused. He told The Ear informer: “Paabtikay ra ni. Ang hiabtikan lang.”
