No outstanding government officials, employees from Cebu

HOW COME? The reader said he could not accept that Cebu doesn’t have a single outstanding government official or employee. “Wa gyuy bisa’g usa’ng deserving?” he said. “Hain na man diay tong mga maayong laki tang lider sa LGUs?”
