ANGRY COMMUTERS. Many commuters have expressed their anger towards the jeepney drivers and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board’s (LTFRB) in their implementation of the reduction of jeepney fare from P8 to P7.50. A senior citizen said, “Hala, ilaha na lang nang 50 sentimos. Ipaslak nas ilang alingag-ngag. Matuk-an unta sila.” Another regular commuter, a law student said, “Ngano 50 centavos ra man? Naunsa man nang LTFRB. Dapig man na sila sa mga drivers. Unya ang sentimyento sa kinabag-an sa publiko, ilang gipasagdan.”

CONFUSED. Many have also expressed confusion over the exact date of the implementation of the fare rollback.
