Customer of hotdog stand had to wait an hour for her change

HOTDOG ON A STICK. A nursing student bought a hotdog at a stand in a mall Sunday night. She handed over a P100 bill when she was given her food. While she waited for her change, she began eating her food. She already consumed her food but still her change wasn’t given to her. When she asked the salesgirl for her change, the girl answered her with, “Wala man ko nimo taga-i sa bayad.”

WHAT? Shocked, she told the salesgirl, “Ganina pa ko nihatag nimo sa akong P100.” But the salesgirl insisted she didn’t receive any money and even told the student, “Ambot lang nimo. Basta wala koy nadawat.” She then told the student that she has to wait after their inventory and money count before things could be settled. After an hour, the student’s cousin arrived. The cousin told the salesgirl, “Imposible kaayo na imong rason nga wala kay nadawat. Mohatag ra diay mo sa hotdog bisan dili bayaran?”

CUSTOMER SERVICE. Exasperated, the student’s cousin threatened the three salesgirls manning the hotdog stand that she will file a formal complaint to the management and asked for their names. Immediately, one salesgirl handed over the change to the student and said, “Sorry, Ma’am.” The customers told The Ear that the food stand doesn’t give out receipts to customers and don’t have a business permit displayed on the stand.
