MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang has declared special non-working days in five areas in the country to allow residents to participate in local anniversaries and festivities.

Proclamation 1350 declared July 20 a special non-working day in Digos, Davao del Sur for the Padigosan Festival, in lieu of July 19, which falls on a Sunday.

July 21 is a special non-working day in General Nakar, Quezon under Proclamation 1351 for the celebration of the town’s founding anniversary.

Proclamation 1346 declared July 22 a holiday in Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte for the 66th Araw ng Mutia.

The Palace also declared July 22 a special non-working day in Pililla, Rizal through Proclamation 1352 for the celebration of the town’s fiesta and founding anniversary.
