3 Korean fugitives nabbed

MANILA, Philippines — Three South Korean fugitives are being held at the Bureau of Immigration facility in Taguig following their arrest last week, according to the BI.

Kim Joohyun, Jung Won Ki and Ha Yousung are wanted for fraud in South Korea, the BI said.

Kim and Jung are facing arrest warrants issued by the Incheon District Court.

Authorities also nabbed Ko Chulwoong on Oct. 16 for overstaying.

“We are determined to strengthen our enforcement operations and hold accountable those who abuse our country’s openness,” BI Commissioner Anthony Viado said.
