MANILA, Philippines — A 19-year-old man was arrested for rape by Caloocan police in Novaliches, Quezon City on Thursday afternoon.
Jay-ar Martin, who was working as a helper, was served an arrest warrant at his home in Barangay San Agustin.
Judge Ma. Theresa de Guzman of the Caloocan Regional Trial Court Branch 131 issued the warrant for Martin’s arrest on July 3, 2022.
The suspect is in the custody of the Caloocan police’s warrant and subpoena section pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
