MANILA, Philippines — A man who allegedly threatened his former girlfriend that he would expose their sex video was arrested in Pililla, Rizal on Thursday.
Noslen Mariano was apprehended in an entrapment in Barangay Imatong at around 7 p.m., police said.
Probers said Mariano promised the victim that he would delete the video only if she would meet up with him.
The woman lodged a complaint before the police Anti-Cybercrime Group at Camp Crame.
Mariano is facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act and RA 9262 or the Anti-Violence against Women and Children Act.
