PANGASINAN, Philippines — A 16-year-old boy died while three others were injured in a motor show accident in Mapandan town in this province on Saturday night.
Mark Anthony Moreno died while being treated at the Mapandan Community Hospital, where Ericka Grace Carino, 16; Mark Anthony Cunanan, 20, and Kim Justin Llena, 20, were also taken for treatment of injuries.
Initial investigation showed Llena started the engine of his motorcycle during the event that was held at the municipal auditorium.
The motorcycle reportedly developed engine trouble and hit Moreno and the two others, who were watching the show.
Investigation is ongoing, police said.
