Party-list kicks off campaign in Cebu City

MANILA, Philippines — The Ang Probinsiyano party-list has launched its campaign in the Visayas in Cebu City.

Talk show host Boy Abunda, actor Jason Abalos and his wife beauty queen Vickie Rushton endorsed the organization.

“No one could ever understand the plight of probinsiyanos other than probinsiyanos themselves,” Abunda said.

He said the party-list had carried out numerous projects in the provinces, such as Samar, Bohol, Cebu, Palawan, Mindoro, Surigao, Zamboanga, Ilocos Sur and Nueva Ecija.

The campaign rally, which started with a motorcade, was followed by a short program at the San Antonio covered court in Barangay Apas.
