Active COVID-19 cases in Pasay drop to 7

MANILA, Philippines — The number of active COVID-19 cases in Pasay dropped to seven on Wednesday, the local government said.

The city did not log new COVID-19 cases and deaths on Dec. 8, according to the local health department.

Pasay has recorded a total of 22,058 COVID cases with 21,501 recoveries and 547 deaths since the pandemic started in 2020.

Only one COVID-19 case was posted in Barangays 14, 76, 95, 101, 138, 185, 190 and 201. Two cases were recorded in Barangay 194.
