3 slain in Nueva Ecija gun attacks

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines — Three persons were killed in separate shooting incidents in Nueva Ecija on Sunday.

Armando Bulandos and his wife Theresa, both 48, were found with gunshot wounds in the body at their hut in Barangay Estrella, Rizal, according to Brig. Gen. Mathew Baccay, Central Luzon police director.

Meanwhile, Giftwin Coloma, 30, was shot dead by motorcycle-riding men in Barangay Saranay, Guimba town.

Coloma died at the scene from a gunshot to the head.

Probers have yet to determine the motives for the killings.
