MANILA, Philippines — A police officer was arrested during a sting in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte on Saturday night.
Pat. Sidamin Bagul reportedly sold an undetermined amount of shabu to undercover agents of the Philippine National Police-Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group in Barangay Del Carmen.
Bagul is a member of the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company of the Lanao del Norte police.
Seized from Bagul were four plastic sachets containing shabu as well as a rifle, pistol, phone and a car.
Bagul will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
