PALAWAN, Philippines — A fisherman was injured after he was attacked by a crocodile in Balabac, Palawan on Thursday.
Janilon Amalong, 25, was fishing with his uncle when the incident occurred in a river in Barangay Catagupan around 1 a.m., according to Lt. Col. Imelda Tolentino, Mimaropa police director.
Tolentino said the victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
