P1 million shabu seized in Quezon

LUCENA CITY, Philippines — More than 50 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P1 million were seized in anti-narcotics operations in this city on Friday night. 

Col. Audie Madrideo, Quezon police director, said Joel Ursolino, 39, and Edgar Gentica, 27, yielded six sachets of shabu valued at around P400,000 in Barangay Ibabang Dupay.

Raymond Carandang, 36, and Raquel Genovaña, 46, reportedly yielded seven sachets of shabu worth around P600,000 in a sting in Barangay Kanlurang Mayao.
