TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan, Philippines – A three-year-old girl drowned in an irrigation canal in Barangay Maligaya, Echague, Isabela on Thursday.
Police said Princess Ziona Tomas fell into the irrigation canal near their house.
Her body was recovered in Barangay Buneg after three hours of search and rescue operations.
