MALOLOS, Philippines – A tricycle driver was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly raping two girls, aged eight and 10, on Monday night.
Col. Emma Libunao, acting Bulacan police director, said the victims were caroling in Barangay Kaypian, San Jose del Monte when the suspect asked them to ride his tricycle so he could bring them to his house to give them money.
Libunao said the suspect brought the girls in a vacant lot, where they were raped.
