MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4 earthquake jolted Sultan Kudarat yesterday.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the tremor occurred at around 9:58 a.m., with its epicenter traced three kilometers northwest of Columbio town.
The quake was felt at Intensity 2 in Kidapawan City.
