ILOILO CITY, Philippines — Two persons were killed when a man went on a shooting rampage at an internet station in Barangay Atabay, San Jose, Antique yesterday.

Lt. Col. Mark Anthony Darroca, San Jose police chief, identified the fatalities as Ervin James Checa, 32, and Ana Anacleto, 22.

Checa’s brother Stephen Louie, a correspondent for Panay News, and S/Sgts. Cyril Valdevieso and Albert Talidong, who responded to the shooting, were wounded.
