2 teens found dead in Albay

LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines — The bodies of two teenagers believed to be victims of summary execution were discovered in Barangay Bariis in this city yesterday.

Col. Aldwin Gamboa, city police chief, said the victims, aged between 15 and 19, were hogtied and bore gunshot wounds in the head.

Gamboa said the victims could have been killed elsewhere and dumped here to mislead investigators.

“They are not residents of Legazpi because nobody has come out to identify and claim them,” he said.
