CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — A woman believed to be suffering from mental illness allegedly beheaded her two minor children in Sta. Cruz, Occidental Mindoro on Friday.
Dida Juliata Cabudyok, 30, reportedly used a bolo in decapitating her children, aged eight and one year old.
Cabudyok was arrested after the incident that occurred at the family’s residence in Sitio Landing, Barangay Pinagturilan.
The victims’ father was not around during the crime.
