2 dead in 3-vehicle smashup

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan, Philippines — Two persons died and three others were injured when a truck loaded with boulders collided with a tricycle and a delivery truck in Barangay Osmeña,  Ilagan City, Isabela on Thursday.

The tricycle driver, Deenbert Tuquiero, 26, an aide at the Isabela provincial jail, and his passenger Eusebio Munio died at the scene.

Two other tricycle passengers Gracia Munio, 25; Shan Munio, 3, and delivery truck driver George Baduyen, 41, were taken to the Gov. Faustino Dy Sr. Hospital for treatment.
